All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Sweet Chloe is a good girl, already house trained, with the classic German shepherd markings that make this breed so beautiful. She is ready to be a wonderful companion to a family or individual looking for a calmer, older dog who wants to go on nice walks, but who has left the hard driving personality behind and embraced her aging process gracefully. Chloe would dearly love to lie in the sun and feel the warmth on her coat. The love of an older dog is something truly special. There is none so grateful as the rescued senior. Healthy and up to date on her shots, she will by a loyal companion and remember every day of her life that you were the one who came for her. You will see it in her eyes each morning when she looks up at you and will feel it under your hands as she melts with pleasure when you gently stroke her neck. We know she is older, but she still has so many gifts to give. A calmness of spirit is what will be yours with Sweet Chloe. Chloe is only marked urgent because we believe no senior dog deserves to spend time in a shelter.. .if you want to consider fostering her, that would be wonderful!
