Norma Jean needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping her get a new start?

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Norma Jean is a beautiful girl with a lot of love and cuddles.  She is a very strong girl that will do best with a quiet family and older considerate children.  She is a good girl with a lab playfulness and is always ready to play and go for walks.  Norma Jean is up to date on all her shots, she is spayed, perfectly housebroken and does not chew up things.   Her greatest joy is to just snuggle up with you and enjoy a good TV program or even a game or two.   IMPORTANT TO NOTE:   Although Norma Jean is more than happy to romp with other dogs, she cannot have other dogs get in her face, she is a dog who prefers to choose her own friends and she can be particular, therefore it is much better if she is an only child.   Norma Jean needs to have a fenced yard.  She is very prey driven and will not do well with cats and if she sees a rabbits, squirrels, or any other critter she will do her very best to get to it.   Therefore, an invisible fence will not work for her.
