All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

This sweet and loving dog has a lifetime of knowing how to be a wonderful companion. Sadly, his person recently passed away and Stoney is hoping someone will come along for him so he can, once again, give his heart to someone. It is heartbreaking the way he looks up at each person he meets, his eyes clearly saying "Are you the one?" Such a good, friendly dog, Stoney would make the perfect family dog and best friend. He has had lots of practice and should have a degree in "Best Dog". His coat is soft to pet and he loves being stroked. He will play in your yard, and happily trot beside you on walks. He is the type of dog who wants very much to do what you want him to do, so he will soon be trained to your desires and habits. An intuitive boy, in no time it will seem like he can actually read your mind. All he wants in life is someone to love him. Such a simple dog.
