Sweet Sugar needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping her get a new start?
All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Sweet Sugar is a happy, friendly, outgoing, playful little girl. She loves to stretch her legs and run in the backyard and that tail just never stops wagging. She greets everyone with the expectation that they are going to be her friend. An ideal best friend and family dog, she has plenty of energy to keep up with you and the kids. If you like hiking, camping, enjoying the outdoors, Sugar is going to be right by your side taking in all the scents. She may have shorter legs, but she can keep up with your two long legs, no sweat! On the smaller side of medium sized, she if perfect to take anywhere. How about the kids' soccer games? The park? The family reunion? A picnic? She will do you proud, every time. This is one really good girl. Great with other dogs, even cats, and, best of all, already house trained, she is easy to have and to love. Your reward for making her a part of your family will be seeing her eyes light up every time you enter the room and being able to know that you will have her entire grateful heart for all of her life. Soon you will be saying, just like her foster, "Our Sugar is sweet!"
