All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Prissy is a small, fuzzy, white bear of a dog, with adorable , black, shoe button eyes. She looks like your favorite toy from childhood. But this Priss is alive and loving. She has in truth been loved all her life, so she is very good at knowing about that sort of thing. Sadly, her person got too old to care for her any more. She has lived with one older lady since she was a puppy and is used to a quiet home and loves attention. She would be a perfect match for a retired individual who wants a friend to take for nice walks. She is an ideal companion, too. When you talk to her, she looks right back at you with those wonderful eyes and there is no question but that she knows just what you are saying. Prissy is happy to just be with her person, doing whatever they might want to do. She's easy that way!
A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HER FOSTER: She's super sweet and affectionate. Rides well in the car, loves going on walks. She has been friendly with every dog she's met, big and small, in my house or on outings. She's a love!
UPDATE ON OUR PRISSY: Sometimes life just isn't fair. We have just found out that Priss has congestive heart failure. The vet said she has 6 months to a year left to live. I know, we all cried, too, for this perfect little girl. We would love to see her in a real home, where she can know love and her own family for some time before she has to go. If you are interested in loving Prissy and giving her the gift of a family, please let us know. Of course, we will waive her adoption fee.
