All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

I may be older and a bit slower, but my heart is perfectly full of love after years of practice. I'm a peaceful Cocker spaniel. I've always been a good boy and well cared for, but it seems these days my family doesn't have the time for me and has said they cannot care for me any more. I'm not as frisky as I was when I was a puppy, but hey, I think that's a plus! I can go for wonderful walks, and best of all, I am very good at curling up near you on something soft. I'd love to show you all the good things I've learned in my life. If you could just love me back?
SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HIS FOSTER: He is very mellow, is not a barker. Is dog and cat friendly.
He is groomed, uptodate on his shots - DHLPP DUE in April but Rabies is good until 4/23/2019. He has been well taken care of all his life.
Comet is mostly deaf and blind but does find his way around and can go up and down steps with a leash and guidance.
