All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

If you are looking for a happy, extra friendly, outgoing, family oriented dog, look no further. Toby is your guy. Even through adversity, he has found his way, spreading his charm and great nature throughout his neighborhood. Toby's owner was put into a nursing home where he wasn't going to be coming home. Therefore, this left Toby wandering around the neighborhood all alone. The neighbors and family members would stop by to feed him but still he was left alone outside. Toby was well known to the neighbors in walking their own dogs. Toby loved all people and other dogs playfully greeting each and every one of them as they passed by. He would hang out not only in his previous owners yard but also the alley way at the vet's office. He loved his vet! Since Toby was used to wandering around on his own we want him to have a secure fenced yard, but this is a guy who is going to be loyal and want to be with you, too. He has proven it again and again as he waited for his person to come back. We would love to see his devotion rewarded with a new family or individual who will not vanish on him, and will make him a family member. Toby is the kind of dog that everyone loves, a great companion and a devoted friend.
