All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

OK, ok, so perhaps I won't win the next beauty contest, but hey, I'd go up against any dog for the cutest! How about most unique? Adorable and sweet as I am, I've got to tell you my "people" didn't do right by me and now I'm stuck with this unusual look. You see, I hurt my ear, and nobody cared for it or me, and by the time, a long time, I got to rescue and they took me to the vet, he said my new look was permanent. That was right after he fixed the  problem. From my point of view, this is great, because it doesn't hurt anymore. The vet person called it a hematoma, and had my "people' taken me to the vet when they should have, well, I wouldn't be so special! One up, one down, that's me. They didn't feed me very well either. Sadly, those people didn't take any care of me in any way, so I would love to find a home where I could learn all about what it feels like to be loved. It sounds wonderful. I'm so small in this big world, I'd love to have someone bigger (Everyone is bigger than me!) to care for me and keep me safe. I'm part Yorkie and part Chihuahua, so that makes me a Chorkie, right? I just know when you take me places people will all get silly and tell me how cute I am, so, what do you think? Want to give me a chance? I promise I will love you with every beat of my heart. P.S., those nice people who rescued me keep saying "She's just SO sweet" over and over. I'll bet you will say it, too.
