All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Scout is young, happy, and full of life and love to give to you. While only about 40 lbs. right now, he should put on another 10 to 15 lbs. by his first birthday. He is a sturdy boy and so smart that he has already learned a lot from his foster mom. Here is what she has to say about him...""He is really very well mannered, gentle.  Yes, (housetrained)! He’s doing awesome. Kept his crate dry and went both ways almost immediately when I put him out this morning. He even walked so nice on a leash. He’s a good good good boy. He comes when I call him and is playful but polite with dog friends of all sizes. Even met a beautiful 9 month old human baby today and was as sweet and gentle as anything. He does jump up on you to say hello" Super friendly dog!
Scout is going to make a great best friend and family dog. Solidly built and with a kind temperament, he has it all and could possibly be the best dog you have ever had by the time you get to sing "Happy Birthday" to him for the first time in his life.

Note from Scout's foster:  Scout is going to need a home with a fenced yard.
