Login to Remember your Favorite Animals and Breeds!

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Max has such an incredible inborn natural temperament that even living in a horrible situation couldn't make a dent in his gentle, happy personality. His foster says "Just look at this gorgeous boy.  HIs name is Max and he is one of the over 50 animals rescued from a nightmare situation.  This is one sweet, gentle dog who has gotten along great with everyone.  He even stayed at a boarding facility for a few days where he romped and played in the yard and pond with a group of up to 20 dogs!  He has the most soulful, kindest eyes and his body language is always docile and sweet.  He knows "sit" and walks really well on a leash.  He's also a great rider in cars." This is a young dog who was born to be a family dog and now, at last, he gets his chance. Some very lucky person or family will get to add him to their home. Perhaps you will find that he is just right for you and be lucky enough to be the love of his life. That legendary loyalty and love of family that shepherds are so well known for is in there, waiting to burst out!

Update from his foster:  Max was starved and neglected.  He has gained almost 20 pounds and looks great!  He is so happy to have a nice bed, toys galore, and dogs and cats to play with!
