All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Chaz is a happy and loving guy looking for a family to call his own. When he finds you, he will be oh so loyal and will love you will all his heart. He is a friendly, you might say VERY friendly, outgoing guy, in the prime of his life. His mixed genes give you the best of all worlds...that wonderful thick black coat with the gorgeous feathers...that tail held high like a great plume...and a more slender body and grace of movement. Truly, a fortunate combination in Chaz. He would be a good family dog or a special friend for an individual. He would enjoy plenty of exercise and would love sniffing all the wonderful scents in the great outdoors. He would be perfect for hiking and would be the best foot warmer ever on cold nights! He is fine with kids, wags his tail when he meets cats, and likes other dogs. Wow! Such a great dog...everything good all in one warm package!

UPDATE COMMENT FROM FOSTER: he's a "really sweet" dog, "friendly and calm."  He has "a good personality."
