All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Just when Artie was thinking life was good, his family got a divorce and he was out in the cold. A good boy, he can't imagine where his home went. If you like older dogs, and know the special love they bring, we know you will want Artie. Good with kids and other dogs, he is ready for quieter walks, gentle play in the yard, and especially curling up next to you. The companionship of an older dog is unique and truly wonderful. His grateful sigh as he snuggles by your side will tell you all you need to know. Artie understands love, and will give it back to you with every breath he takes.
