All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Meet Scully, a 1 year old, 50 lb English Setter mix. His fur is long and feels like silk. He has a brown eye and his other eye is half brown and half blue. He's a beauty! Personality is wonderful, he is sweet, loves other dogs, cats and everyone he meets. He is so lovable that when you take him for a walk he leans and rubs against your leg trying to stay as close as possible. He has plenty of energy but is very controllable. What's not to like? He is good in the home as far as behavior. He does fine in a crate. He does well on a leash and comes when called when not on leash. He did learn a few commands while in foster so I know he will be easy to train. He has no health problems and has been neutered. This is a great all around family dog and will give years of loyalty and love to his new family!
