All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

"Sweetheart!" That's what everyone says when they meet Ash. Easy, loving, gentle, kind, also work for Ash. When we got her, she was hurt, and even when in pain, she was only grateful for anything anyone did for her. Wonderful with other dogs, good with cats, great with people of all sizes and shapes, she loves to go on  walks these days. If you would like a friend with whom to watch the sunsets, you couldn't find a better choice than Ash. She has the quiet wisdom of an adult dog that is peaceful. She just wants you to pet her, and for that, she will give you the gift of her whole heart.

A SPECIAL NOTE FROM HER FOSTER: Ash is just a lovely, calm, sweet dog.She is a wonderful dog, doesn't jump on people, well housebroken. When I clip her nails, She just sits with her paw in my hand, totally trusting. She is now much more active since she is no longer in pain. She will do best in a home where someone is home most of the time.
