All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Sweet, loving, and older, Little Louie just wants to belong to someone, so he can love them with all his heart. Great with kids, other dogs, cats, really everyone and everything in the world, he is an older boy, but still likes to play with his toys and be with his people. He does have a heart murmur, but it is controlled by daily medication and this guy loves every moment of his life...a bit of wisdom from an old dog. If you would like a quieter, calmer boy who wants to go on slower walks, and would prefer to watch the squirrels rather than chase them, Little Louie could be the right dog for you. Sunsets can be more beautiful with the right dog at your side. Already housebroken, with his funny, fuzzy face, he will make you smile and enjoy every day.

NOTE: Louie will need a home with children 12 and over.
