All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Friendly and outgoing, Brodie is hoping to be your best friend for many years to come. Sturdy and healthy, and a delight to pet, with his extra soft fur, Brodie is a happy dog. He is medium sized, so he is perfect for any situation. All ready to accompany you on walks, play in the snow, and curl up near you each evening, he has "best bud" written all over him. He would love to look up at you and know that you have accepted the gift of his heart. He will be a loyal companion, and all for just a touch from you!
BRODIE MUST HAVE FENCED YARD!!! This dog is about as close to perfect as you can get in a "real" dog.. he'd be an excellent service or therapy dog.. yet he can also be the best family dog too!
A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HIS FOSTER:Brodie has become quite the gentleman! He loves to greet new people, children, dogs and cats. He immediately shakes paws and tilts his head to listen to their story. He loves playing outside retrieving tennis balls (haven't figured out frisbees yet). He is fearless of people, larger dogs or an agressive goose or even horses.He walks well on leash and is learning to heel. He usually comes when called outside but a fence will provide safety there. He has gained weight and is about 45 pounds, we would like to see him at 50 lbs (he's working on it). He does bark if someone pulls in driveway or comes to the door but is never aggressive or obnoxious barking, just alerting, He is such a handsome sweet guy waiting to find that right person.
