All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

We can't remember the last time we had such a sweet, playful dog in our care.  Playful Max is a typical puppy, full of energy and fun.  And, boy, is he smart! He knows how to sit, shake and walk on a lead.  He will need a home with someone who has the time to give him plenty of exercise.  Max lost his home because his owner could no longer afford his care.  Max is housetrained, neutered, up to date on vaccines, negative for heartworm disease and parasites and is very playful with other dogs and good with children.  A reference check and home visit is required prior to placment. And...be ready to smile when he asks you to play!
