All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.
About Coco Poodle | |
|
Tiny Coco Poodle would love a home where she is the center of attention so she can learn how to play and enjoy the good life. Up until now, life has not been so good, as she has been locked in a cage at a puppy mill with nobody to love her, or even care about her. She is just beginning to learn to trust that all people are not going to hurt her. So small and fragile, yet young and ready to learn about love from you. She is a healthy little girl in body and her mind is expanding now as she finds out about all the great things the big world has to offer. She is is a special little dog that needs a patient home as she is getting used to everything. She was kept in a cage that was too small so she is just now beginning to relax. No small children since she has never been around them. She is starting to like
being on a leash but not totally secure with walking that way yet. But she is getting there. Imagine showing her the whole world and your love. She should have many long years in front of her to find out how it feels to be your special girl.
SPECIAL NOTE :
If you are interested in this dog, please read our links to the puppy mill industry, so you will understand what has happened in its background and have a good idea of what to expect from its behavior as it adjusts to the new and happy world this dog is discovering.

PLEASE NOTE: Puppy mill rescues are not able to be placed in a home without dog experience (no first time dog owners); must not go to a home with young children (too much activity for the dog trying to "make it" in the outside world); and must go to a home where they will not be left for more than a four-hour stretch.
