All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Comet is a gorgeous example a a perfect, purebred Samoyed. Always the best boy he can be, he has been a house dog all his life and loves being with his family. He is affectionate, gentle, and intelligent. Here is what his family had to say about him...

Comet exhibits many of the traditional Samoyed traits.  He has always been very friendly and has
been very patient with our daughter never showing any aggression towards her.  He enjoys spending time with the family and is definitely a social dog.  He still thinks he is a lap dog and welcomes the opportunity to join me on the couch to relax. Even at 6 years of age, he has a lot of energy and really enjoys long walks and other time outside.  He is a strong dog and will gladly take you for a walk if you allow him.  Also consistent with Samoyeds, he is quite vocal and will share his excitement to see you with a period of energetic barking. Comet would make a great addition to a family of any size.  Given his social nature, he really is an inside dog, who enjoys time with the family as much as his periodic time in the yard.
