All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Toby's foster says he is simply a wonderful little love bug. We thought we'd let her tell you about him in her own words...
"Toby lived with an older man.. sadly, his owner has became very ill and is not expected to live, so Toby came to us to help him find a new home where he can again be loved for the good boy that he is. He has lived a very quiet life. He loves his humans. He has been glued to me since his arrival. He is housetrained and sleeps in a chair beside of me as he is a cuddler to the tips of his fuzzy feet. He would sleep on top of me if I let him. He barks very little. All he wants is to be a companion. It doesn't matter where I sit down he is asking to get up. I do not know if he was leash walked. I think he would be happiest in a home that isn't so active, as that is what he was used to. Older kids would be fine. Love bug for sure. "
