Twizzle needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping her get a new start?
All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Young, cute,and full of fun, Twizzle wants to play! Twizzle may be one of the happiest, friendliest dogs we've ever seen. Her tail wags all the time and she is delighted to see people. She is also a very loving dog and loves to snuggle, tail wagging, of course. She loves to play with other dogs, so she would be a perfect dog as a companion for a current canine at your house, She is good with cats and walks nicely on lead. She would love to play in your yard, romping about in her long-bodied way, and will trot along side you for walks, interested in everything! Smart and sweet, this is a dog who will make you smile every day and who will love you with all her little heart.
She is working hard on being housebroken. Her personality is wonderful - she is very friendly & very playful with us and the other dogs. Personality-wise I think she would be fine with children, but hasn't been around any here. She loves attention and loves to be petted. Lots of energy & kisses. She is fine with the cats. She still does the puppy thing as far as trying to play-bite my wrists, & bottom of my pants when I am walking. She will chew anything lying around. She needs basic obedience training - come, sit, wait, etc. She would need a 4 ft. fence or baby gate - she sails right over a 3 foot gate. She walks just fine on a leash. She is such a sweetheart!
