Tuck needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Tuck is a glorious combo of Labrador retriever and Redbone hound. He has all the playful friendliness of his lab side, and the great nose of his hound side. You will never be lost with Tuck at your side. He could find you from miles away! A big, sturdy, young dog, he would like to lope next to you on long walks, where that nose can smell all the wonderful scents the world has to offer. He would be a tireless walking, jogging companion. His loyalty to you and yours will be amazing. He is fine with other dogs, even cats, so he is going to be a pleasure to have as yours. A good, solid dog, with a will to learn, he could be your very own best friend forever. P.S., wait untill you see his ears flap when he runs! A sure promise of laughter. His well developed muscles rippling in the same action, a sure promise of awe at the beauty of it all.
A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HIS FOSTER: Tuck is a good dog, Just a little more hesitant in the beginning, he comes when called, He would make good family dogs, Tuck needs lots of exercise.
