Scamper needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?
All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HIS FOSTER: Scamper is absolutely an adorable lap dog. He has a malformed lower jaw but that does not hinder him in the least bit. He eats perfectly fine but mostly wet food with a little kibble since his upper jaw is almost an inch longer than his lower. This gives him an very unique and cute look. He is lovable. He is house broken, crate trained. He does not chew things up. He gets along with all sizes of dogs and , he would not be the least bit cat aggressive. His main goal is to find a lap to climb up on and just relax. He is a very calm, quiet, chihuahua. He would make a great companion for anyone who wants a friend to cuddle with. Everyone here just loves this little guy. Good with cats!
