All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Poor Princess originally was rescued in a puppy mill raid, apparently a horrific situation . Finally she found a home last March with a single man who doted on her.   Sadly he passed away 3 months later and Animal Control picked her up and brought her back to the shelter where she wasn't treated the best.  Princess is a little overweight at 55 lbs because she's had little to no exercise while in the home.  She should be around 45-50lbs.  Princess is 4 1/2 years old, fully vetted, UTD on all shots, plus Rabies, heartworm negative, wormed, spayed,  microchipped.  Given her background, it would be best for her to be  the only dog in the home.  She rides well in the car so would love to go on trips with your family.
