All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Hi, I'm Sherlock.  I am a real lover, I love people, I love other dogs, I just love love.  The officers at animal control found me and took me to see if they could find my mom and dad but instead I found RORR who said they would help me find a perfect home.  Of course, they made me go to the doctor to make sure I was okay and got all my shots and stuff. Then my foster mom made me get a shower and groomed me up.  I thought that was only for girls. I am a very good boy-  I don't go to the bathroom in the house, I don't chew up things but I will want to cuddle with you on the couch.   My foster mom said that I would make a great therapy dog because I am so kind and lovable.   Are you looking for someone like me?  I'd definitely love to complete your family and watch over you and give you kisses.
Special NOTE:

MUST HAVE FENCE and NO SMALL CHILDREN, as he is a strong dog and can knock them over easily. He loves chasing rabbits and squirrels.

SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM SHERLOCK'S FOSTER:  We did a DNA test on our boy and discovered he is quite a mix! He is Great Pyrenees/Golden retriever/Collie/German shepherd. Just htought you might like to know!
