The "kids" are doing great! We had the entire family (my husband, college daughter, just graduated college son, and still in High School son) home for the weekend and everyone loves the dogs. They are sleeping in the kennels at night and seem to be adjusting quite well. He and Hildie share a lead sometimes and are quite entertaining on joint walks.

This is the whole family. Spencer, Madelyn, Brenda, Wes, Alex holding the dogs. Missing from the picture, our two cats who have not developed a loving relationship with dogs yet! Many thanks for letting us adopt these two!

Gigi

Sometimes our little seniors come with medical issues that no one is interested in taking on.... so our wonderful fosters become the forever homes for these babies. Gigi is one of them with her diabetes, blindness and just being an old gal! So we like to say they are adopted by their fosters, and are in their forever homes SHHHH, don't tell them it's a foster home!

Golden Chase

CHASE'S Angel of Love showed up today in the form of Charlotte Nickerson! Right from the moment she walked into the kennel she could not keep her hands off of our boy! "Ohhhhh.... just look at him my boy!" she said. She said she picked him "just how she picked her husband---from the moment she saw his picture!" What JOY radiated from this little woman!! She had prayed and prayed that Chase would still be there for her to give a loving life --- AND when she got the call last night that Chase was available she couldn't hardly stand it she was so excited! She & her son were discussing names for him -- when she said how about Mr. Magoo her son said now mom we don't to give him a complex!! She laughed and said "well then I guess Humpty Dumpty is out!! LOL!! Although that names fits our boy right now if you know what I mean! LOL! God provides these wonderful loving homes for our dogs -- and again A MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN!!

We love her. Gigi is fitting in just perfectly. She did not whine at all last night and slept through the night in our bed along with Baxter. Thank you for choosing us for her forever home.
