Chompie loving his new family and life ! He never leaves his human sister or mom's side! Thank you all for trusting me

Just wanted to share a really special success story about a recently adopted RORR dog. Chompers, an older black lab mix, was owned by someone who was very ill and unable to care for him and was, in fact, unlikely to ever be able to care for him again.

In stepped RORR. Chompers was brought into care and I was his foster for just a short week. RORR was able to match Chompers up with a WONDERFUL family. They took this lovely boy in and made him their own. He is now vacationing in Key West, Florida along with his four-legged siblings and two-legged mom and dad. Check out his vacay pics!

This is what keeps me going in rescue. Thanks so much to all the RORR folks who do so much to help the helpless animals as well as helping out pet owners who can no longer care for their companion animals due to illness.

Sophie can't wait for the pool to open. I took her to a pet (spa/resort/kennel) Reisterstown boarding kennel for a "play day." I've never spoiled my dog that way but...I'm feeling terrible from being stuck inside my pets probably are too. I know swimming is her favorite thing so I treated her to swim time. She slept so good that night. You can tell which picture I asked her about swimming because she perked up. She is beyond sweet. We love her like crazy!!! She's so cute. She forgot to grow though haha she's kind of small but my husband said he wished for her to stay cute and little. She's so funny.
