All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

This little lady is going to be perfect for an older individual or couple who want a dog to fuss over and make their very own. Although older herself, she still loves to go for walks and is very interested in all the sights and smells all around her. Because she is an older girl, we are hoping to place her in a home without young children, who might be too much for her. Soft beds, warm and fuzzy clothes for her tiny body, good food in her bowl, and, the best part, someone who will love her. Abandoned in the cold and clearly uncared for, she was very matted when we picked her up, so we have had her shaved down, as you can see. Her normal curly coat will be growing back in soon. We want to make sure she gets a good home this time where she will be valued for the sweet dog she is. To help her, we have had her totally vetted, with all her shots, so she can come to you with only one need...your love.
A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HER FOSTER: Audrey has really come around since she arrived here. She will spin in a circle when it is time to eat. She barks to go outside and if she wants more to eat. She puts her feet up on my knees when she wants picked up. She still sleeps alot but is a sweet little girl. She is in excellent shape for her age.
